Where can I download the template?

First you have to buy the template. Then request the membership for the Yahoo! group "eos-template". After your membership is approved you can download the template files from the group's Files section.

Which version should I buy?

You have access to templates for all image applications! That means you can decide which application (BreezeBrowser, iView, JAlbum, IMatch or PS CS) is the best for you after your purchase. You can even switch to a different application without doing all the customization work again. Your clients won't notice the difference since the resulting galleries always look the same.

How much does it cost?

What does the price include?

• Free updates:
  Since this template still gets improved you have access to all updates, new features and bugfixes - a least for six months after your purchase.
  
  
• Free e-mail support:
  The price also includes support for customizing the template to your needs. That means help with settings, design, functionality and installation issues.
  
  
• Free user forum:
  The Yahoo! group is not only the support channel it is also a place to talk with other photographers who use the EOS template. Feel free to ask for their settings and solutions. Long time users will help you and share their experience.
  
  
• Free additional scripts:
  There are several additional files and scripts available to make life easier. The most important one is the "eosmail" PHP script which is necessary for online ordering. You can use it via our server for free or download and install it on your own server. If you do that you are completely independent and you have full control over the whole workflow. No hidden fees!
  
  
• Different versions:
  Note that for each image application a different template is necessary. You cannot use the BreezeBrowser template with JAlbum and vice versa. You get access to all versions which are available without additional payment. Currently the following image applications are supported: BreezeBrowser (Pro), JAlbum, iView MediaPro 2 and 3, IMatch and Adobe Photoshop CS/CS2.
  
  
• Remove backlink:
  You are allowed to remove the link at the bottom of the index page which says "This gallery has been created using the EOS template". Feel free to add your personal copyright message there.
  
  

Is there a free Trial Version?

Currently we don't offer a free version. The extensive online examples will help you to decide if this template is appropriate for your tasks. In case you really don't like it or discover any serious limitations you can request a refund within two weeks after the day of purchase. No refund can be given after you have requested your license key.

I have paid - What's next?

Thank you for your purchase. Please keep with the following procedure:

1. Join the Yahoo! group "eos-template". If you cannot find the button, here is a direct link to join. In the approval form you will find a text field called "Comment to Owner". Please enter your Paypal ID (e-mail address) and the Paypal transaction ID in that field so we can match your Paypal and Yahoo! accounts. Note that the approval requires a manual check, which may take some hours. We apologize for any inconvenience.
2. After the membership approval you will receive a "welcome" mail with further instructions. Please read it.
3. Download the template from the Yahoo group's Files section.
4. Install it and generate your first gallery. The Getting Started page should help you with the first steps.
5. If you like it you can request the license key. This enables the online ordering feature. In case you don't like it please contact us. If it does not work like expected or if you think it has a limitation which we didn't told you before we will give you a refund.
